Tools and guidance for a stronger, more impactful proposal.

Start with the essentials.

The resources below are designed to help your organization prepare and submit a strong, complete application.

Please note: We are not currently accepting applications from organizations whose service area is solely within Maricopa County.

To be eligible, your organization must have an active, local presence that benefits residents in one or more of our designated rural communities.

If you’re unsure about eligibility or have questions, please contact us at foundation@fmi.com
